First of all, you're 14, I doubt you will be sad forever and saying she is love of your life might be a stretch considering you haven't even get to know her(?) Imo you need to chill down a bit and try to meet her, then decide if shes the one. You can either approach her and try to meet her directly, or reciprocate interest through social circle just enough to know if she likes you, then approach
