All my friends back in Maine had to import women from other states lol.

I mean, cute can be that he's physically attractive, but more so that I just like his energy. There are a lot of different things that attract me to a man, and typical things like size are often at the bottom of that list (especially since I'm 5'0", 100 lbs myself, lol). A lot of the guys I approach seem like the kind that might be too bashful to make a move anyway, so it's on me if anything happens. I know what I want and am not afraid to get it! 😈

Haha, very true - it is a bit easier for us. I guess it is just a matter of nerves, but that gets better with practice. So far I've had luck with just approaching men and telling them I have to leave soon, but that I thought they were cute and wanted to give then my number. Seems a bit too forward maybe so I'm trying to get more subtle/smooth. Thanks for the advice, though. Truly awesome post.

Great play-by-play, thanks for the tips. How do you think this would differ for female to male interactions, if at all?

I don't think she means it in a sinister way. She may be busy with work, be dating other people, or have changed feelings. 2 dates is not typically enough time to get very emotionally attached to someone, and it is easier to ghost than to confront someone and say it's not working out. That is not a reflection on you though! You can be very charming, very handsome, and great husband/boyfriend material even if this one chick got cold feet. Every girl adds to your seductive experience though. Eithe…

Don't get horny ever or don't get horny for you?

I understand, and I'm not ragging on you. I completely understand where you're coming from. :) I think there's a risk of seeming too "needy". I know that you were probably being light-hearted in your text, but she may have felt pressured by that. She could be busy and she doesn't know you well enough to carve out time, but would feel awkward or bitchy telling you no. Maybe it feels like being pressured to make this date, when she's not emotionally invested enough to feel comfortable doing this w…

Yeah we're not always in a rush to get into something serious. Sometimes women just want sex, though that doesn't mean they don't enjoy your company too - maybe they just don't want something long term

Maybe she's attracted but shy/low self-esteem?

Turned on. If I'm responding with strong eye contact too then chances are I'd appreciate him making a move, or I will.

This. I appreciate consent, but it really turns me off when a guy asks for permission to kiss, hold my hand, etc. I'm a grown woman and this ain't junior high. If you want a kiss then seduce me. As a woman, I appreciate #metoo, but if you're even a little aware, you'll probably know how to read my vibe and if I'm ready/wanting to kiss you. It's sexy when a man knows what he wants and takes it (while obviously understanding and respecting my consent).

Can confirm, men are consistently surprised at how freaky I am as a woman

Also the wording. Asking "Do you want to hook up" word for word is too blunt without being charming. Echoing another user, "What are we still doing here?" says the same thing but is enticingly bold, assuming I'm otherwise attracted to the guy and we've obviously been flirting beforehand.

I think it is EXTREMELY situational. If a guy makes heavy eye contact, is giving me all kinds of signals, and I'm attracted, the boldness would be very sexy. All assuming it's a bar or club, where I know men are here to pick girls up. If it's daytime, grocery store or something... probably not. Can go from charming/sexy to obscene quickly. Just my $.02

I just dont know why people get so hung up on one person texting back. Like text when you feel like it but never pour yourself into one person 100%.

Yes, this 100%. Just as you guys are afraid of coming across as "too clingy"/too soon, so too are we ladies. She may be waiting long to come off as cool. Regardless good on OP for making a move. Either you'll get the girl or you'll get the experience necessary to get more girls. Win either way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
