That is not a great point. Women can be sexist against other women too. There is systematic sexism, and its a genuine issue.

So my best friend was one of the most talented people in the physics department at her Ivy League college; she was scoring top in her class in both math and physics, already had great research from high school and on. Then she started Sophomore year and she was the only girl in her physics classes. And it was terrible. It's not even that most of the people in her class were jerks, but they definitely drew attention to her being a woman, socially isolated her, there wasn't anyone to talk to for h…

God damn fuck this subreddit. What if men weren't inherently better than women, and systematic issues throughout society prevent women from obtaining the majority of positions of power. This is so myopic. Time and time again I've seen people give me more respect and defer to me for leadership compared to my equally or more talented female counterparts just cause I'm a tall athletic guy. And then when I apply for my next job, oh wow I have all of this extra stuff, and if I were a god damn jerk of…

Holy shit if you dudes seriously think women have it easier or even just as easy as men do, you're fucking crazy and have no insight nor perspective, and this is coming from a fellow guy. Jesus

It's very normal, assuming you're American, people in general don't like feeling like they're "sharing" someone, guy or girl.

The quality, lighting and situations in your pictures are much more important than your looks. If you're an ugly guy in a great picture doing somethin interesting and having tons of fun you'll get tons of swipes.

To emphasize a point you alluded to but I don't think fleshed out, is to not think that any of these things are "tests"; they are only really tests to a person if there's a risk of failure. To illustrate, I'll use an example from medicine. We test medical students on understanding how to diagnose asthma in the field, sometimes they're wrong, sometimes they're right. But every full doctor should be able to diagnose typical asthma easily; when they see asthma patients no one thinks of it as a "tes…

What is this bullshit: "the heart sends out electromagnetic vibrations that we can pick up" yeah we can pick them up on ECGs and look for arrythmias or evidence of structural damage, not feel your magic juju.

The trick to avoid interrogation/interview is to avoid questions entirely; instead make statements. Instead of asking "so what do you do for fun", say "I bet you're an artistic type." People love hearing things about themselves, and if you start general enough most people will find some truth in your statement; ie most people can find some artistic qualities in themselves; ie they really like certain kinds of music, or paint or write or whatever. And these are great ways to open up the conversat…

Just one thing to note; if you feel like you have some personal issues like depression and anxiety, don't 100% count on sex fixing that. It'll likely do a lot of good in the right context with the right level of emotional connection, but most peoples first time having sex is pretty bad, and a lot of girls can't orgasm without knowing how to by masturbation first... Just warnings about your expectations

So when I "lose" my voice from screaming too much the day prior, all I get the next day is a deeper rumbly voice that lasts a few days; folks comment on it and honestly it feels awesome. Does anyone know why this happens and if it's possible to train it so I always have the lower register? Or am I just damaging my voice and that damage just happens to sound sexy

This study has no bearing on direct vs indirect. Direct is not being needy and goin up to a girl and telling them you have feelings for them
/r/seduction01/08/14 12:37 PM

Honestly I kinda hate these questions because most people will struggle to answer them, and they feel very interviewy. The best way to establish rapport is not by asking questions, but by making statements. Notice how you talk to people you already have rapport with, you just say things back and forth with your friends, it's not mainly or even started by questions. I would hate it if someone asked me these questions on a date

Models by Manson is probably the best. It doesn't equally apply to girls, but its main message does
/r/seduction29/07/14 04:41 PM

The key to lasting, real attractiveness is building an attractive lifestyle. One part of that is taking care of your own body . If you prioritize getting girls over your own health and body then there's some fundamental self worth or esteem issues to resolve
/r/seduction29/07/14 02:41 PM

That's bullshit, imo, seduction can and should be the first step towards love and romance. Attraction and love aren't mutually exclusive.

The goal of the book isn't to use some cheap tricks to get laid, it's to instill actual, lasting change. The book teaches you that seduction = self-improvement, an invaluable lesson that many even on this subreddit are resistant to

One thing, don't read The Game as a guide, read it as a novel. I think he makes his point clear as the book continues that Mystery isn't a messiah, he's a human being whose lifestyle has clear flaws. Most modern theory rejects the tactics used in The Game; it was great while attraction theory was starting.

The way a lot of that advice is framed is very meh... the point is not to manipulate her. We are confident men, not con artists. Especially saying you need to watch movies like Troy or 300 is very immature... if the author thinks watching one genre of stupid movie over the other has impact on masculinity they need to grow up. Watch movies you like, and don't let something stupid like the naked dudes in 300 change how you behave, if it did that's just a sign you have a very weak sense of self.
/r/seduction06/07/14 06:48 AM

I agree that confidence is the key to all of it, but the rest of your points I disagree with. It's not about showing interest, showing interest is fine and in fact essential to avoiding friend zones. I argue desire is the most attractive thing in the world to women. Being afraid to show interest is kind of pathetic; who would want a man that's afraid of expressing how they feel? Do you think George Clooney has to feign disinterest? Think about the range of things that turn women on; it goes from…

So it's not really about being disinterested, it's about eliminating neediness. Expressing desire for a girl is actually one of the most fundamental turn-ons in the world, but the trick is being able to do that without being needy at the same time. In other words, this is the fundamental paradox to all attraction; how do you express want without need? Attraction is just resolving this paradox. I highly recommend reading "Models" by Manson as that's what the entire book is about. The short of it …

Read "Models" by Manson, you need true durable confidence. If you're mirroring other people then you don't have a durable sense of self yet. Remember that seduction is equivocal to self-improvement, as attractive lifestyles lead to attraction.

It's a result of scarcity mindset; imagine if you were constantly surrounded by hot girls, this wouldn't be a problem right? But since talking to hot girls are relatively rare to you, you still get distracted by it.
/r/seduction05/07/14 07:33 AM
8

It may be that you're treating them differently without knowing it; you don't over valuate trad hot girls which gives you tons of success, but you subconsciously valuate the bbw chicks more which changes your behavior
/r/seduction28/06/14 01:40 PM

Use same principles, don't treat them any differently

Quick question to the pack: if a girl randomly apologizes to you for something relatively trivial, is that actually an indicator of interest?

We're talking about different meanings of the word. In mansons use, he doesn't refer to emotional pliability, or becoming subject to someone else's wants out of you. Rather, he refers to not hiding what your intentions or how you feel. Another way to put it might be emotional openness or honesty. Leaving yourself vulnerable in this way doesn't mean you'll change how you feel based on others, or are trying to provoke a response by being vulnerable. Think of it like walking outside naked. You're l…

Oh yeah, when I say "rock-bottom neediness", I mean the lowest level of neediness possible; ie no neediness. I entirely endorse using emotional vulnerability, it's so powerful not just for her but also for your own self-development as a human being.
/r/seduction12/06/14 09:09 PM
5

Yeah, you must make yourself vulnerable without fear or expectations. The idea is only the most powerful are okay with exposing their vulnerable selves without fear of being taken down, because they have such a strong inner self that no one could take them down. If you make yourself vulnerable and needy, then you're not really being vulnerable; you're showing someone a hidden piece of yourself, yeah, but you're also basically pleading with them to protect it with you. Models explains it all very…

As Manson put it in Models (everyone should read it), this is the core paradox of attraction; desire is the most attractive thing in the world, but neediness (ie having lower social value) is the most repulsive thing. Resolving this paradox is the key to seduction. And as he posits, the best way to resolve it is through vulnerability. Making yourself emotionally vulnerable to someone shows rock-bottom neediness of their response, while also allowing you to show intense desire. Kino escalation, a…

Honestly depends on the guy, many may have some confidence problems, but hey some people really do strike gold on their first mine. It's important to not view how many girls you've been with as some kind of score
/r/seduction05/06/14 02:48 AM

Being soft-spoken and being able to blush doesn't make you an AFC or Beta. Seduction at it's core is about the ability to become vulnerable, and putting how you feel on the line (ie not being ashamed that you're blushing) is an excellent way of doing that.

If you don't think there's at least a book's worth to seduction, you don't know seduction, I'm sorry. You don't seem experienced with this, and it's getting frustrating to try to explain. Open your mind and give reading more into it a shot, or don't, doesn't bother me.
/r/seduction22/05/14 11:53 PM

Read Models be Manson, he explains it much better than I could. Leading an attractive life is the way to become healthily, sustainably attractive. And it works. Self-improvement are not the "cleats" to inner game, it IS inner game, and inner game exposes itself as outer game.

Modern seduction theory is synonymous with self improvement, but with a more specific focus; ie most self improvement websites won't have you approach ten girls in a day, and yet that is self improvement
