By your logic, If someone is punched, and falls down hitting their head on pavement and dies. If It was the contact with the pavement that actually killed them. It was the fall that killed them, not the punch that caused the fall.

What is the percentage of ADHD diagnosis in children in other countries? I don't doubt ADHD is real, but I do think it is being over diagnosed in the US.

Funny how the guys who buy into the silly pickup artist method of dating are the only ones who seem to use the term.

Oh, nothing very original. Just insulting my abilities to please women sexually. And how my significant other needs a real man, etc.

Hahaahaaa! Hillarious stuff, keep it coming. Have you considered trying out for the internet tough guy olympics? Don't worry you won't have to travel, it takes place in your mom's basement, or wherever your sad existence takes place.

Beta? Grow up, this type of terminology colors you as someone who follows pickup artist nonsense.

But he had already been stabbed. Which implies she was already in the house. Probably breaking down a bathroom or bedroom door.

They are married. Wouldn't she have a key?

The last paragraph is great. Pretty much sums up the current state of affairs.

Uppercuts opinion is that it fine and dandy to insult and berate someone for the fun of it. No physical harm no foul. I disagree, it doesn't have to be physical to be abuse. People are acting as if this guy is some pinnacle of civility, and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. They are both in the wrong here.

I never said it was justified. It wasn't. What I am saying is he was being an asshole, not some good natured guy that just got in the way of a crazy lady.

I never said her actions were justified. I just agree that he was insulting her, and being a jackass.

He was trying to push her buttons. When she got upset, he belittled her and escalated the situation. She should not have acknowledged his behavior and paid in pennies, and watched him nic out. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy was a bully in school.

Asshole- A person that causes extreme irritability through their actions. Also used as a derogatory word. Do I think she should have maced him? No, I think she should have paid her bill with Pennies.

He tried to get the cashier to serve him ahead of her. If that isn't trying to cut in line what is?

Yeah, because assholes never laugh at the person they are fucking with. One of the best ways to piss someone off is to laugh at, and belittle them when they are angry and serious. He was provoking her and he knew it.

Maybe she would have let him go first if he had asked her instead of talking over her and not acknowledging she was first. Probably not, but we will never know. I can imagine this guy telling his friends about this " dude, I didn't do anything but try to buy a pack, and this chick goes crazy on me and maces my ass"!! Then the vid get seen by his friends and their all "you were an asshole, you act like an assclown you get the clown shoes".

So verbal abuse is OK in your book?

No, the guy was being an asshole. What's funny about trying to cut in line and then talking smack when it doesn't work?

It is a MR issue because if the sexes were reversed the cops would never let this happen. They would tell the man to leave or they will arrest him.

Actually it looks like a local news station might do a story about this because of the petition.

This is the first I have heard of this, and I live close by in Oregon. The shooting that happened today in NYC is getting way more press. Probably because she didn't kill anyone it will be forgotten.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
