I worked at In-N-Out and they certainly applied gender roles. Men threw the trash always, cleaned the grills at the end of the night, dominantly guys on fries while the ladies do it once or twice get passed off and are off for that level 5. The one thing i would say is they always have a lady at the drive thru window. I would be annoyed.

At my work not only am i tasked with things like this cause im a dude, apparently my position in the company is low enough where im everyones little worker bee. It gets annoying. Someone in another department will need help moving a big shelf. Uh aren't there any people in your department that can help? Oh when i ask that im not a team player.

The ladies at the restaurant can’t help it no matter how short sided they are. A lot of women are programmed to lust over the whole getting married process more then the man himself sometimes. had a friend like this. taco tuesday, football sunday. would "share" our appetizers, pour himself from our pitcher if beer (we would all order a pitcher except him) then when the rotation to order a pitcher hit him he would all of a sudden have to get up early and dip out. a few times he would be blackout drunk without ever even ordering a any beer at all. was a fast drinker too.
