Rise of office jobs last century, possibly. Jobs that require more brains than brawn/instincts might have softened a lot of us into the BP realm. Just one theory among many.

Sidebar. Married Man Sex Life Primer. No More Mr. Nice Guy. Exercise/LIFT That's just a start. If you study and implement seriously, you'll be light years ahead of most guys on this planet. Ultimately, do this for you. If she comes back around to your newfound permanent awesomeness, then great! If not, that's cool too. At least your SMV has increased.

To me, that's what MRP is all about, finding the balance between AF and BB... maybe leaning slightly towards AF just to keep things burning. Redpill hard mode.

Been meaning to hit the gym and gun range more often. Those are two good places for me to de-stress, just need to go more often. Hell, our library is a good place too. It's amazing how quiet and serene life can be when you're away from kids, even for an hour. Not exciting, but helps me to re-energize.

My cell phone usage came off as being defensive/whiny on here after re-reading my post. I made sure not to bring that up with her, though. Yeah, I tend to get defensive about the SAHD situation. Mostly from dealing with some male members of my family giving me shit about it. Not the usual razzing guys tend to give each other, but "be a real man, get a job" BS. It doesn't bug me in the moment. Only when I hit a rough patch in one area of my life and it all just surfaces out of nowhere.

Yep, that's where we're at with kids now. Oldest is 4, other kid just turned 1.5. 12 hours a day of constant work with no pay. I'll make sure to reduce screen time and go do something useful in the downtime.

Good thinking on how to lead. I definitely won't tell her about RP thinking, having too much fun now.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
