I am usually able to cold approach and spark a conversation over some details I notice and keep a short conversation going, however how do tou guys transition that into an instagram or number so fast ? I struggle with this especially at the gym where I can crack a few jokes and get the girl laughing, but I feel its too out of bound to transition after that.

Your words are reasonable and as it stands I found out she blocked me today from everything and told me she found someone else already. That closes the chapter and forces me to move on, but my lizard brain is still irrational and its taking a toll on my daily life as I am losing appetite and have a deep crippling anxious feeling inside of my stomach. I remind myself everyday that this is all in my head and nothing will matter in the long term, and then my brain again tricks me into thinking this…

That sounds inspiring, can you tell me more about his journey ? How did survive a whole year monk mode without losing his mind ? My plan is to go about 30-60 days fully monk for now and hopefully be able to deal with these inner feelings and not just find a woman to fill the void, but I am unsure of the path ahead. I might re-read the Rational Male by Rollo. Do you have any other recommendations ?

Those are some deep reflecting words dude, I hope I can make sense of all of that, thank you. I abused pmo as a teen for along time then weed by my late teens to cope with any emerging feelings. I am now taking responsibility as a man and facing all that, but sadly found no effective solution to beat those feelings. I hope time is the answer to my questions or else this feels like a lost war inside of me..

Great post dude, gave me some insight in regards to my last breakup. One question though, that sick feeling you are referring to happens to me weeks or months after the breakup and it makes things much harder as I thought I had already bounced, yet it comes back and gives me that deep stomach crippling anxiety feeling. Any tips on that ? I already workout religiously, but that can only last about an hour or 2 a day and then its back to that sad and painful state.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
