I understand deadlifts hit back pretty hard, but I've always wondered, is that enough to prevent muscle imbalances between chest and back? Ya know like rolled, internally-rotated shoulders.

Is it really that serious? Follow your program and enjoy the ride. Obviously that doesn't mean half-ass your workouts. When it's time for your next set, sure, put some damn passion into it. But it's not like your a gymnast on the world stage trying to perfectly land a quadruple McFucker flip. You're sitting on your ass moving metal.

I find meditation to be the ultimate source of frame correction. It’s an opportunity for self reflection, acceptance, and change. How can you accomplish self reflection, acceptance, and change when you're supposed to empty your mind during meditation? What's the difference between your kind of meditation, and brooding with your eyes closed?

What if they specifically ask a question and you have to reveal some shit you went through? I'm guessing as long as you don't get all sad about it and maintain frame that it's fine to tell the truth? For example, I've been asked about my parents and specifically my dad on a date. My dad wasn't around much and now he's dead.

Gotcha. How could one react to the situation in order to not only maintain, but increase, attraction?

She smelled weakness, and that was the end of it. Damn. It's like that? Man's father and brother died. Are women typically this cruel? I'm new to TRP. Tell me it ain't so.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
