Some people will say yes, some people will say no. I don't think it is too harsh to say "You tried to change me and get me to quit the gym; you are messy and are not taking care of yourself or your environment. I am a clean person and I want to live a different lifestyle that is incompatible with yours", or something similar.

Purifying my diet completely (sure, that cup of coffee is nice, but not everyone's body can tolerate it), removing any intoxicants, etc. Meditating. Lifting. Journaling more, monitoring my progress with various things. edit: I find downvotes on this hilarious. Thanks.

Everything else that was said here is relevant, however: Until it's been 6+ months and she's been tested repeatedly, had a pap smear (for HPV), and so on, you really shouldn't have physical contact with her. These things can happen man. You could be a carrier for something anyway and simply not know it. If you believe my ex, I gave her genital warts. Funny how I don't have any and no one else (spinning 4~ plates for ~6 months before/after) I was with got anything. Anyway, be careful out there man and stay frosty. The best thing you can do is take care of yourself - avoid smoking, drinking, practice good sleep / nutrition, etc.
