A strong, supple, erect, healthy spine is the core of a good, natural, effortless Body LanguageNot quite. Deadlift has a lot to do with overall strength. Lower back arched, upper back rounded. Keep the bar as close as possible. Scrape the skin off your shins. Push with the legs til the bar clears your knees, then thrust those hips like you're fuckin. Keep that head looking up the whole time. | /r/seduction | 10/06/14 05:40 AM
A strong, supple, erect, healthy spine is the core of a good, natural, effortless Body LanguageI can't argue with anything in your comment. Most of my comment was based on the thinking that, most new gym goers won't have any clue where to start. Even if they did a Google search on beginner programs, they'll be overrun with "programs" trying to cram this or that down their throats, or "gain 30 lbs in 30 days" type BS. It can all be very overwhelming. All your counterpoints are spot on and is great advice for new lifters. Expanding on my thought of building a solid strength base, I'd have t… | /r/seduction | 09/06/14 11:59 PM
A strong, supple, erect, healthy spine is the core of a good, natural, effortless Body LanguageAbsolutely agree. Maybe I didn't make the point before, but you said it exactly right. So long as inexperienced gym goers follow a program and work within their capacity, there's nothing wrong with powerlifts (or any other lifts for that matter). I guess my point was, let's not set a newbie in front of a bar with "pick it up" as their only instructions. | /r/seduction | 09/06/14 11:49 PM
| -2 | A strong, supple, erect, healthy spine is the core of a good, natural, effortless Body LanguageAnyone driven enough to sign-up and go into a gym should be wise enough to seek knowledge via internet or personal trainers. Any newbie lifter with no prior experience should not jump straight in to powerlifting. They need a solid strength base first. Think about it. If they don't have adequate strength to stand with an erect spine, how are they gonna deadlift? | /r/seduction | 09/06/14 09:10 PM |
A strong, supple, erect, healthy spine is the core of a good, natural, effortless Body LanguageI was just talking with someone about the importance of spinal posture and strength of spinal muscles. It's amazing how much of an effect those two things have on otherwise unnoticed facets of day-to-day life. My $0.02 is to hit the gym and build those back muscles. It will force you to maintain good posture and you'll look and feel better because of it. Thanks for the good post. | /r/seduction | 09/06/14 05:11 PM

Prolonged Eye Contact and Attraction: What The Science Tells UsI don't get uncomfortable. I actually get intrigued because it always makes me wonder what the kid sees. Children have a tendency to see things differently than our heavily filtered, adult minds. | /r/seduction | 07/06/14 06:08 PM
Prolonged Eye Contact and Attraction: What The Science Tells UsCan we see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch? No but Cap'n Crunch is fucking watching you. Mind your p's and q's kids. | /r/seduction | 07/06/14 06:07 PM
Practicing social dominance - Game which can improve confidenceI beg to differ, but I'll refrain from typing a long-winded response, because it'll be the equivalent of arguing semantics. Suffice it to say, I disagree because I've done precisely that. Followed the advice by those more successful than I and it's worked phenomenally well. To each their own. | /r/seduction | 14/05/14 12:10 AM
Practicing social dominance - Game which can improve confidenceAgreed that nothing keeps you down but yourself. Those things can be changed. Your statements make it sound like someone can't ever break free of an unconfident life. As you said, we'll have to agree to a disagree. | /r/seduction | 13/05/14 11:10 PM
Practicing social dominance - Game which can improve confidenceFirst off, your trolling is obvious. Or you're whooshing hard as hell. Jay-Z became Jay-Z because he worked to become a badass rapper. As his name and reputation grew, so too did his confidence. Had he not gained fame and popularity, he may very well be unconfident as fuck now-a-days. Confidence comes from working through the things which keep us down. If someone has realized that which causes their lack of confidence, they have the opportunity to correct it. People are not born with confidence.… | /r/seduction | 13/05/14 10:34 PM
