For the credit cards, you should check and be sure that both of your names are on it as cardholders. My BIL passed away, and my sister found out she was only an authorized user on his account, and she had not been building her credit like they thought. His account was closed, and she had to apply for her own card. She got one, but the credit line was much smaller than before because she had no credit history.

Once she refused to give her name for the ticket, she could be arrested. The place to fight a wrongful arrest (especially when you're already on probation) is court, not on the beach. They've already looked at the police's response and no one was punished for overreacting. She is making all of this worse by not accepting a plea bargain and dragging it out in court. She may end up in jail in NJ for this incident, and then in jail in PA for violating her probation there.

The city decided and democratically took a vote to make a law that people who came and visited the beach in this community could not have alcohol while on the beach.
