The anomaly of intersex people is just that, a medical anomaly. Okay? So then what makes them men... You're using some biological metric to exclude trans men from being men. I'm asking what that metric is. Being born with a cock, balls, and the proper chromosomes . But this excludes intersex men... So what makes them men if not these traits? Why are they "anomalies" but still men while trans men are not?

Having misaligned neural sexual dimorphisms is also a disorder of sexual development. Who gets to decide which atypical paths of sexual development count as men or women? There's obviously subjectivity to that categorization, so this appeal to the notion of an objective binary makes no sense.

I think very soon we'll be asking what gender dysphoria "is" It's a definable mental disorder. It has specific criteria. What other definition are you implying exists? in the way people are asking what a man or a woman "is". This is just a terminology dispute though because these words are used in many different ways by different people depending on the culture and time period. Gender dysphoria doesn't really have any contested meanings.

All the Suicide data I’ve seen shows steady numbers or increased rates. Can you link any of them? Are you referring to different individuals over the progression of time or pre vs post transition? Like lifetime rates aren't going to change much, because every trans person has a pre-transition period of time where suicidality is elevated. yeah, in another article it says he explicitly claimed to one of the women that he was a man who transition to being a woman and is now transitioning back. So it's not even just deception though omission of information, he actively and intentionally attempted to deceive them about his sex. Maybe if he never explicitly lied about being a trans man and never claimed to be a cis man, it could be argued in court that he didn't lie about his sex. But that isn't the case here.
