I think confidence is being good at something and knowing your good at it. Say you know a trade and are the best in the business then you would have confidence in that trade. Trial and error I would say would be the only way to have confidence with woman if your body count is 2 you’re not going to have the confidence of someone who’s body count is 123. Experience builds confidence. Knowing what works and what doesn’t, assign your own flavor to it as well.
