To be brutally honest I would not like one bit to be sent to war with a woman as a backup on the front line. No fucking way that would work as well as if would be deployed with a guy. Don't get me wrong, some women are strong and fit but with my luck, I would end up with a Karen and my ass would be paying the price.

I couldn't agree more. I still remember how shocked I was when I was banned from FDS for being a man and from the rest for putting some issues on a broader spectrum (was talking about the male perspective so in their opinion I was bringing make issues to their safe space). How can they think they are objective or that they talk about reality when they blindly cut half of the arguments off, is beyond my ability to understand. It baffles me.

So you are participating, quite aggressively if I may say so myself, in a discussion about a trait of personality of which you possess zero knowledge. You have no definition so the only conclusion is that you don't know what "incel" means. Shame.

As for hateful, that's far from accurate, it's observational, not hateful as I would very much prefer it wasn't true. Again, experience is the teacher here. Again, experience is the teacher here. Experience can only come from practice. You just admitted that you treated women as a whores and in the same post you say that you do your very best to teach your female friends to not fall for this type of behaviour from men. So in essence you are warning them about yourself. Dude, that is fucked up. I…

Well, he kinda suggests that he is treating women as a whores for sport because it's easy. So I'm quite sure he already is the very thing we are being made out to be. The only right thing to do is to downvote that comment to oblivion and call it out for what it is. A repulsive behaviour that is in fact toxic. I'm willing to acknowledge that I'm wrong here, but I can not imagine how could anyone convince me that threatening women as a whores is good.

You really agree with that statement? "you treat them with respect and dignity and they see you as weak and can't wait to get away, you treat them like a whore and ghost them and they fall to your feet begging for validation. " Are you really OK with guys treating women as a whores?

You said men have representation and women don't that is not true. Now you are changing the narrative to When was the last time a group of women made a decision that effected every man in the country and men got no say In it? That is a different issue. You still failed to name one right that men have that women do not. And I mean a law, not your beliefs. So we are all still waiting.

Well, I love how she links article as a source of a statement that in 50% of cases men get primary custody. Now if you follow the link you find out that it is quoting another article as a source of that information. Now if you click on the link hoping that maybe this article will provide some evidence other than a 4th article you find out that the site no longer exists. So. the problem is in practice, the money usually goes to helping the women pay for her house's mortgage or whatever, and its not used for the child directly, at least not the full amount. That is the part I really don't understand. It is child support, it should be used for children and only children. Why we can not ask for a list of expenses our alimony did cover? Why can I challenge my ex in a court saying that money that was supposed to go to my kid is being spent on her Gucci purse?

/r/MensRights07/08/22 10:29 AM

Your point of view is blurred at best. Men are getting higher punishment for the same crimes as women. You try to defuse it by saying it might be due to sexual orientation or skin colour but I would argue that the same things apply to women being judged. They are also black, yellow pink etc. They also have different sexuality. And still, men are getting sentenced harsher than women on average.
/r/MensRights05/08/22 08:30 AM
1

No one said black men are not oppressed. Lots of people said that men are oppressed. Now last time I checked term "men" included black, white, yellow, purple and any other colourful types of men. How on earth did you get from "men are oppressed" to "men are oppressed, but not black men"? What was the thought process that got you there?
/r/MensRights05/08/22 08:22 AM
2

Probably in the land of the free. But why do you bring that card to argument about unfair judgement against men? Do you purposely change subject to any that would give you ground to deny that men are oppressed? Why do you try to argue about stupid things?
/r/MensRights05/08/22 08:18 AM
3

How is that relevant? If I force you to work in a coal mine because you are a woman then you are oppressed. Right? Salary is irrelevant in that situation.
/r/MensRights05/08/22 07:49 AM

If you agree that by the same logic women can not be oppressed as well then I would agree that you are still wrong but at least consistent. Are you consistent?

Like it or not, but as a species, we have the instinct to survive and we know that one guy can impregnate many women and made many kids. Reversed scenario yields much lower number of offsprings so from that point of view women is more valuable than men. I don't like it, I don't think it should matter especially now in developed countries, but it is, what it is. I might be wrong, but I think that is the explanation.

Simply because it's easier for the state to pin payment for kids on the fathers. It's from old times when it was difficult for women to find a job and in our time should be updated by now. A bot late for discussion, but I would like to participate. I agree with you that the results of abortion and "financial abortion" are quite different simply because in one case the child is non-existing and in the other, we have to deal with a human being with all needs and wants attached. I believe that solution, not perfect, is that in the case of "financial abortion" mother has to decide before giving birth if she will be able to support her child on her own. She has all information in time …

I would argue that in the last few decades women had enough time and opportunity to get better resumes, but that is beyond the point I want to make which is that when hiring on merit, women are less likely to get hired. I'm with you on the notion but I hate to break it down to you that neither of your three examples are the law. Women are heavily favoured in all matters regarding to children; child support, custody, etc. Yes, they are, but not because the law says they should. It's the judges that make this call. Companies can discriminate men but not women (e.g. car insurance) It's not the law that allows them to discriminate, it's the effect of companies bypassing the law. You would have to teach them the basic rules of dispute. Good luck with that. In extreme situations, they claim that those rules were created by men so they must be anti-feminists. However, it's important that we try to get through or we will be in this mess forever.

Feminism is I can agree with that. always has been I'm quite sure that at the very beginning the ideas were indeed to be equal. If I'm wrong I would appreciate some source to support the contrary claim.

There is nothing to counteract, she is wrong. Her logic is the same as that of black people claiming that they can not be racist, because they are black. It's simple fallacy. Read the essays of Arthur Schopenhauer: The Art of Controversy. It might give you some insight into dirty tricks people use in day to day arguments. It's a short book but pack with essential knowledge.

I wander if she is following through with her opinions? Does she use exclusively female services? When her car broke or when she needs any labour done? Does she have a boyfriend? Feminism usually ends when there is a fridge to be brought to apartment on 5th floor and no lift is available...

It is because thay will never be drafted. It's typical for them and similar to "do something about it". They won't do it them selves, but they need this to be done so they ask their man to do it. Whatever that "it" is at any given time.

because a sex class analysis would reveal I love when they do that. Ian_Dima it looks to me like you are discussing social constructs of sex and gender and your opponent discuss scientific or medical terminology therefore in my opinion he is correct. Well, not because of that fact only but rather because he clearly states his point of view and he argues his point, you on the other hand...not that much. Especially when you misread his arguments. Preposterous.

There is a proverb in my country. It roughly translates to this: "Don't argue with idiots. They will drag you to their level and beat you with experience." I think that there is also a rule of thumb that an opponent who first uses slurs at his adversary loses an argument and even if not it makes you look bad so really try to avoid those. Off-topic I want to salute you for one of the most reasonable ways of dealing with this situation which is to find out if maybe you were a bit of an ass here an…

Since the definition of feminism is as follows: "the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes" I don't see any harm in supporting it. A distinction has to be made between feminists and as I call them feminazi. The first one has my full support since I believe that both sexes are equal and should be treated as such. The latter is a sick and disturbing movement of women that hate men and use feminism as a way to mask their misandry.

Yes, they are not real soldiers. Unless they are engineers at the front line. If they are doing maintenance and not risking their lives then I don't consider them soldiers but rather a military medic, military engineer etc. gender have nothing to do with this. As far as a draft for women. I have mix feelings. On one hand I would love to see it happens but since women are weaker then men and less resistant to hardships of front line I don't think it's a good idea. I know there are exceptions and …
/r/MensRights28/10/21 04:46 PM

Aha, and since those couple of years ago how many are in the front lines comparing with males? 1-3%? And don't forget that until few years ago men were forced to serve. They were sent to war against their will and they die so that women could prosper. Don't get me wrong, I think those women that have it in them to go through tough training and all the shit they get from guys are awesome, but majority of ladies are not cut for the army. Heck, most of the guys are not cut for it as well.
/r/MensRights27/10/21 06:37 PM

What does it have to do with his point? The overwhelming majority of front line soldiers are men and that's the soldiers that are dying. For me that's a soldier (front line and risk of death and injury. The guy have a point saying women are not real soldiers.

No, no, no. It IS bullshit. Don't soften it up. It's a pile of crap that the general population eats daily and asks for seconds. Pay rate per hr is the same. At certain lvl you pay rate depends on how you negotiate and on how much are you willing to sacrifice (being available 24/7 for example).

Ok, let me unpack it for you. When you make a law you have to have a meaning to enforce it otherwise it's dead law, no one will obey it. Now, since women are weaker then man therefore they relay on men to enforce laws. If by some unlucky event we would have a government made exclusively by women and if they would be stupid enough to made some ridiculous law (for the sake of argument) like "all men must have vasectomy" then what do you think would have happened? Therefore I say women are allowed …

/r/MensRights11/10/21 10:34 AM

Ironically, they will always need men to enforce laws. It's almost as men are allowing women to be a bit on the winning side. The moment they will try and seriously abuse this position it will end quickly and drastically. My only hope is that it won't be too drastic.

That was explained/debunked so many times.... I'll put it this way. The statement is not false on it own but it lack explanation of why that is true and what this actually mean. Men work longer hrs and take less time off so in the year they take more money home, but it is because thay worked longer. The basic pay is the same for both genders. It might be different on the top management levels and I agree that should be regulated but at the bottom and middle-range it is the same. Do you really th…
