Things like forced eye contact, forced brief physical interaction, talking less than minimum, trying to condition a girl like you would with a dog.. It's only going to make you build a fake personality that is hard to maintain, you're going to calculate all the time how to react instead of just living and experiencing things, and you're going to be stressed as hell.
