-3	Paid parental leave is more of a men's issue than a women's issue Interesting juxtaposition that you believe Sweden is the "Saudi Arabia of Feminism" yet aspire to copy their parental leave policy as it's more equal. 2	Sexism in Austria: conscription, higher pension ages, hiring discrimination. They absolutely are. If you listen to their arguments they claim to be in favour of pension equality but reject any proposal to how that might be achieved. The 2011 Act added 1 year to the pension age of both men and women due to retire in 2020. The WASPIs also complain a lot of about the 1995 Act claiming it as unfair and that they were weren't notified. 25+ years in advance of retirement. The accusations are that in the first case, the top of one ripped off after he fiddled with it.
