Depending on your genes you can go from like a 2 to 7 if you do it properly for a long time train everything everyday with push pull legs also learn about calories in and out a good YouTuber is Greg ducette. I literally went from 3 to 8 so its a big factor also don't drink alcohol or else you get man tits. I trained for 3+ years.
