What might be happening is the ugly ones cockblocking out of jealousy. They see you're getting somewhere with the hotter friend and they smile a little evil smile to themselves knowing they can stop it. And they do. I think all you can do is spend more time befriending them, prove you're a great guy, and they'll 'let' you have their friend. Also by talking to them you're giving attention to someone other than the target making you much more desirable.

No, it can still suck. If you're in the situation it will be a long time before you wisen up or figure out how to be a real man. A friend of mine, the most beta guy you've ever met, couldn't look a girl in the eye or ask her out if you paid him $500. But he's dating a stripper. But I wouldn't want to be him. He's completely as we say here 'whipped'. He is her toy. He is hardly allowed to see his own friends, yet goes to her friends engagement parties, dinners, because she says he will. He gets d…

I've had this. In real life - runs across the road to hug me and chat for 10 minutes. Text her after to properly hang out - takes a day to 'agree' then stands me up without notice on the day. It's just easy enough to be nice or polite in person where there's no risk or expectations. If they're going to be in a situation where they have to let you escalate or they have to reject you, that's what they're trying to avoid.

Normally I despise blogspam but point 4 really spoke to me. Making any move is what cripples me. I feel like I'm not 'supposed' to ever show interest in a woman or express that I want sex. Lots to think about.

Is your problem that no girls are showing or that none are matching? In any decent city 5km should be enough. If none are showing then max it out to make sure it works at all. Consider reinstalling / updating if you aren't seeing girls at all. Matching with them is another story though.

I'm in Melbourne Australia and even if I set it to 1km range I get heaps.

I've gotten laid from it more than any other shitty dating site where it takes days of back and forth to achieve anything. If it doesn't work, reinstall, fix your settings to a wide radius, and make sure your photos aren't terrible.

I hated her and felt like shit for literally months. But I'm glad because I didn't even know I was an AFC, all I knew was 'nice guys' and 'assholes'. She forced me to start thinking about what was wrong with me, and thus start improving. I haven't had a lot of sex since, but my last pickup would never have happened if I tried to 'nice guy' my way into her pants, which is all I used to know. They do it because they seek validation. Texting makes them feel good because someone wants them. It's ris…

Next time I'd probably give not being a creepy sleaze a go. That's worked for me a few times.

This thread is about tinder. Not day game.

Not enough detail to say what's going wrong. But lift weights and you'll look more manly. You need to be comfortable with your age too so you have to brush off any comments about it. 'oh yeah, I've only been out of diapers for a week'. Agree and amplify, show them you're not phased by them.

Coffee, walk in the park, bowling, skating, maybe even cook dinner together (its fun and you're right near the bedroom already)

Wow, that hurts to read. Every guy's dream.... I agree, and have done similar before. I find it hard not to hold a drink. Do you have light beer there? In Australia it's half strength so you would need about 15 before you were anywhere near drunk.

Man, I had the same from a girl. It was a bit different because we actually had sex a few times, but in the end she was actively avoiding me while still initiating contact and saying stuff like 'I wish I could see you, it's a pity I'm so busy'. I started to get a bit creepy about it as my old AFC self did, but before I rocked up to her house unannounced she had changed her fb status, in a relationship with some wierd little guy in another state. I then realised I had been used for sex and attent…

I don't know why I'm down voted here, I'm just stating what actually worked for me. I could show you a screenshot of my matches page now where I said 'hi' or 'hey' to every single girl and got no response from any. Think how many guys they can match with if they want to. They're looking for something interesting. Maybe you're good looking so you don't really need to try?

Well I've met with 2 tinder girls. One was pulling a face in all her photos so I opened with 'did you know if the wind changes while you're pulling a face it could get stuck?'. Fucked her that night. Another one was Asian and I opened with 'I'm guessing you're a nerd'. Met with her, kissed on first date but I didn't actually like her that much so we kind of friend zoned each other. All I can say is you have to open with something bold and preferably relevant to the girl, not 'hey how are you was…

You may have issues, I never got that vibe, he's just reluctant to spend money on someone he doesn't know.

The post you are referring to is pretty terrible advice to be honest. It is basically needy and clingy with a touch of butthurt.

If a cute guy who was well dressed with good body language came up to you would it matter what he said? Point is, women don't know what they want. I was caught staring at a girl's chest one time at work so I was pretty much forced to speak up. 'that's a crazy top, did you make it?'. I was no longer the creep who got caught out, and she stopped after she had already paid for her stuff to have a quick conversation and it turned out she knew a guy I work with and we talked a few other times after t…
