I think smiling is a good thing and in my experience women like guys who smile. ive had the opposite problem, I just look like an asshole or depressed when im completely happy. what i would say is maybe bite your tongue ever so softly so you dont you know bite too hard. i think you'll be fine. perhaps look up something pertaining to deadpan comedy and maybe some techniques they use.	/r/askTRP	04/07/16 09:33 PM

Be honest, is every man that you know that is successful under 13% bodyfat? Probably not. IMO expecting success for being under 13% is like expecting to win a tennis tournament for doing roids while other guys are winning without it. In other words you become a bigger failure.
