I’ve had the exact same experience. Dozens of dates in the past 3-4 months. Got physical at least like make out or something at each date, and they’d text to make plans after 1st date, and they all just disappear eventually. Maybe my text game and follow up needs improvement, but I also think it’s part of the nature of online dating.

Indeed. I sometimes wonder why we did long distance for so long, but when I stop wondering and admit It, it sucks but I was being used as an emotional crutch till she got comfortable in her new city and established her life. Live and learn indeed.

This one did get through the armor and I think that’s why I haven’t even given other girls a chance other than to have sex. Eventually I want more than that from a female again, but can’t need it. TRP has helped a lot over the years. I used to be a pretty big beta let’s say 10 years ago, and have learned to value myself more and more. I don’t understand why guys have trouble initiating physicality. Maybe it’s my upbringing , maybe it’s the decade of self-help red pill, but I just don’t even get it anymore. The smoking situation is tricky. I find myself in the same boat since I don't smoke but a lot of people around here do. I think you did okay with not going out because if you would have, I think it would have looked more like following them. Overall I think you just got dealt a bad situation towards the end - not much you could do to climb out of that once you got there. But there is still more you can do. Call her for another date and make a joke about how you cant take her friends anywhere lol
