However, it is a known fact that from long ago that men were the one who shaped society while women had no choice but to sit back and watch. Women in Athens never got the chance to step outside the house except for prostitution. Women scientists like Emilie de Chatelut were criticized of their mindset just for being a woman. 1	can someone explain It doesn't, correct. It's the average amount after getting out of college. They are pretty equal when a man and a woman are in their 20s, but in their 30s, there is a 200,000 dollar gap. Instead of an equal share of the work at home, the mother still does the majority of household duties. Men should definitely get a say in abortion but if there is a problem, I believe they should think long and hard about the decision they make. I'm very iffy on women choosing not to work but marrying rich husbands and stuff. I also believe that there isn't a problem with men staying at home, but it isn't socially acceptable for some reason. The education system is only rising for women; there is still a major STEM gap and it's difficult for women to work in that field. However I do note that most high school drop outs are men, and yes, that shifts the balance. And most males who commit suicide are middle-aged.
