I agree with this. Hardly any of them will change, or even want to. We have all known men who pretend to be doting husbands and dads, but they are still cheating, lying pricks.

A former cop who murdered a woman. He will have a very hard time in prison. Good.

This is so lovely. What a beautiful couple, their love just radiates from them. Ladies, THIS is the standard you deserve and should be aiming for. A man who is stoked to take you out for a date and spoil you because it makes you happy.

She would have been very young when she first started seeing him. Like, late teens/early twenties. I was so naive and emotionally immature then. He has been slowly wearing her down, and he has had years of experience of it. He picked her because most women his own age would run after the first date.

I started my first job waitressing at my local pub (in England). I had turned sixteen a few months before. A few other girls who worked with my were still fifteen. The worst sexual harassment we got was from the regulars in their 40s+. Married with kids too. The things they said to us made my hair curl, they were utterly revolting. Mostly revolving around the age of consent being sixteen. They would slag off their wives, perve over teenaged girls, and I saw a few of them out clubbing every weeke…

I have worked in customer service for over half my life. I haven't gone out and murdered any of them. In fact there are many people who have provoked me, and I still managed not to ever murder anyone. Funny how the 'provoke' excuse only applies to defending men, not women.

Love that. I used that tone on customers when they were rude sometimes. It winds them up so much.

Not a bad idea, having a couple of men's clothing/items dotted around the house. I also hate having strange men over, and I live with my partner. Ladies, maybe visit a charity shop and grab a few men's items, then keep them stashed for when strangers come in.

I am utterly mortified I bought into this bullshit. I had an abusive childhood though, so I guess I was ripe for the picking to become a pick-meisha. I kept wanting to tame all these 'bad boys' just to feel some sense of worth 🤡 I am so grateful I saw the light and discovered FDS. This is a horrible message.

I know a woman who has fought breast cancer more than once. Her husband drove her to every single doctor's appointment. He held back her hair, had a cool flannel ready and rubbed her back while she vomited from the chemo. He is a tutor at a community college, so he popped into the beauty school and asked the students to give him advice to help his wife wash and style her hair. She takes a lot of pride in her appearance, always beautifully made up and her hair styled. He knew it was important to …

I overheard a group of dudes giggling about how AA are good places to pick up because the women have low self esteem. They are absolutely disgusting. They really will target women at their most vulnerable.

A guy I went to uni with was about 5'5 and very skinny. He never made an issue of it. He was also a nice dude, very witty and intelligent. The other guys used to mock his body behind his back. But they were probably jealous that all us women had a soft spot for him. It is MEN who make a song and dance about height/hair/dick size, not women. If men can make such a big deal about not wanting to date a woman who doesn't have the body of a seventeen year old gymnast, we are allowed to say we want a …

My former best friend was a pick me. Her husband sexually assaulted me. I reported it. She chose to believe him (he admitted something happened, but that it was consensual) and also told the police all about my former promiscuous/drug taking/drinking lifestyle. Anything to make me look unstable and a bad character. She stayed with her husband for another year after that. They will do anything, ANYTHING for male attention.

I have a very skinny friend who said men have told her she is a "bag of bones" shagging her would leave bruises, and they couldn't date a woman who lives on lettuce leaves. She eats like a horse! Men are just rude, and criticise our bodies, whether we are overweight or slim.

I spent my late teens and most of my twenties being Cool Girl. It was awful. And a very hard mindset to get out of. I am still trying to figure out who I really am, because I was Cool Girl for so long. It is bullshit. When I first read the CG part in the book I had to re-read it about a million times, and it was like a lightbulb had gone off. I was like a chameleon, just moulding myself to each different background. I would change everything about myself to fit each guy's criteria of a Cool Girl…

I ignore them. So called "vanilla" sex is hot as hell. When they build you up, tease you, savour your body and they get pleasure from pleasuring you. They are respectful, check you are ok, and basically treat you like a goddess. Sex with these men is fantastic. Sexy as hell and VERY erotic. There is nothing sexy or erotic about half heartedly rubbing my labia, then bending me over and banging into me for two minutes. I cannot believe how much bad sex, and selfish lovers, I put up with in my pick…

Some men can keep their mask on for YEARS too. My friend married, had children, and emigrated to the other side of the world with her husband. Then, she said, his true colours came out. When they were back in his homeland, she had young children to look after, and far from her friends and family. Absolute bastard. She left him and he returned that with a nasty seven year custody battle, and slagging her and her homeland off to the kids. My friend is a Queen though. She refuses to ever badmouth t…

"When people show you who they are BELIEVE THEM." Wish I had heard that when I was eighteen. Woulda saved a lot of heartache trying to save the poor, tormented soul. They are just miserable, dull, lazy spoiled brats who usually have addiction issues to boot. Run.

I'm not shocked. I am a recovering alcoholic and out of the women, ALL I spoke to had been sexually assaulted. The fact is it almost impossible to get justice, and the process is so horribly intrusive, and general victim blamey society makes it even worse.

Yup. Leaked nude photos and videos are always waaay more popular than 'posed' ones. It is the lack of consent I swear they get off on. Goes hand in hand with the lack of enjoyment swallowing. Just depraved.

Same. They are now tied to an absolute scrote forever. You can never fully wash your hands of them if you share a child. You just know these absolute bastards know what they are doing. They target insecure, usually young, and vulnerable women to marry and impregnate. The role of wifey. Then they chip away at their self esteem and train their wives to hate other women and see them as the enemy. The scrotes will also visibly check out other women in front of her, and talk about attractive women, a…

Just the other day I saw a skin care ad that really annoyed me. The first line was (paraphrasing a little) "After forty we women need an anti aging routine." Oh shut up. It was the 'need' that got me. That we should fear looking haggard old frumps at bloody FORTY! In The Walking Dead, the dead are eating the living and the world has ended. Yet all the women still have shiny trimmed hair, perfectly shaped brows, hairless skin and wear tiny clothing despite bites from the walkers being deadly. The…

I am a recovering pick-me. It took a hell of a lot of work and soul searching. I am still working on it, and have to check how I act around men. I am going to speak to a psychologist about being assessed for borderline personality disorder too. They can only see the light themselves. All I can do is keep working on myself and be a strong example for my teenage coworkers to look up to.

Funny how "women can get any man they want" when it suits the man's narrative. How often have you heard a man say women can get laid whenever they want? Yet apparently after a certain point we are all shrivelled up prunes with dusty vaginas who is on the shelf forever. Make up your fucking minds.

The boys at my school were RUTHLESS towards me because I was about 6 kgs/15 lbs overweight. They were utterly obsessed with tormenting me about how fat and ugly they thought I was. Even after I had left the school, they STILL talked about me and put up a poster in the common room talking about me. So weird. It gave me such a complex and a lifetime of eating disorders. I am a healthy weight now and the difference between how men treat women depending on their weight is shocking.

My mother is a pick-me and a total misogynist. She seems to hate women. She uses the words 'whore' and 'slut' freely. She called ME a slut when I was an eighteen year old virgin 🙄 She insults other women's bodies while her weight increases every year. Oh yes. My mother hates women. She uses the words 'slut/whore' all the time when she talks about women. I tried to tell her about the sexual harrassment I got at my first job when I was sixteen and she basically told me to stop being a drama queen. Pretty much 'shut up and put up'. It is so frightening how many women this has happened to. I am glad more of us are finding the courage to stand up for ourselves and encouraging other women to do the same.
