Some of you really disgust me. It's 2 (out of 30) posts saying she's attractive, with literally nothing "sympathetic". Clearly distasteful, but relax. Yeah, you simpletons deserve any and every wrong-doing a female can do to you. This is equally, if not more distasteful than those posts calling her attractive, btw. Grow up.

Few things here: She was eventually granted a passport and citizenship. Fox Red Eye is satire, if you're wondering why this segment is so ridiculous by saying things like "Why would a vegan move to a country known for cheese? Swiss Cheese!". Her being "denied because she's annoying" isn't really why, and are only the words of a local politician that was interviewed. It was also said in the same sentence as "doesn't respect our traditions", which is actually a legitimate reason for Switzerland to…

And if you listen to the exchange, it was very clearly a joke. Maybe a bad joke, but it wasn't intended to be taken seriously.

Why are you linking me a 6 year old article regarding American prison statistics when we're talking about Canada? And what does "men do more time than women (in America)" have fuck all to do with the claim that "this woman will get out in 3-5 because lolcanada&uk"? Let's talk about trying, shall we?

From the MRA circlejerk subs they frequent. In other words, good luck getting a non-biased objective response out of them. While Canada has much more emphasis on rehabilitation, this woman wouldn't be out in 3-5 years for what she did.

just fire her, charging her with a felony, thus destroying any chance of a normal life, and locking her in a cage is just barbaric imo. Again, it may vary from place to place, but the "under 18" portion of age of consent does not apply to positions of authority, period. This isn't a school policy. It's law.
/r/PussyPassDenied14/02/18 06:31 PM

Anything beyond that is bullshit. While it may vary from place to place, you are typically excluded from the legality of under 18 age of consent laws if you are in a position of authority. It's pretty easy to understand why it is this way. Authoritative figures have leverage, and can easily manipulate and coerce (ie: I'll fail you if you don't fuck me, etc).

She's dating a "prominent Houston lawyer" and it's pretty obvious she's had plastic surgery. This woman clearly has money. Then again, you seem to think a white woman in Texas that destroyed a couple paintings in a drunk rage is going to go to jail for life because you can cite of a single fringe case, so maybe the onus is on me for expecting a bit too much common sense from you.

She is very outspoken politically and is very much against anyone with an opposing viewpoint. So not only do I not agree with her political views it’s now proven that she is a giant (pun intended) hypocrite. Wait, so because Dunham is a Liberal, her logic is Liberal logic as a whole? I mean, I guess we should be applying racist logic to all Conservatives? What about the logic the church uses to dismiss, ignore or excuse child abuse? Conservative logic too? Give your head a shake. So, I can see both perspectives. Keep in mind, it's very easy to see both perspectives clearly when you're watching the video and not in the heat of the moment. It's one thing I see all too often with commentary on these videos. Hindsight and the ability to "birds eye view" things like this makes it way, way easier to realize how it should have gone down. My guess is possible emotional trauma due to how these 2 (probably) behave around the kid. I think the judge was just using a powerful word to make his point. If they did something truly unconscionable, any sort of custody would be out of the question and he would be taking the kid away from them completely.

Magic 8 Balls were super popular, as were tacky as shit jackets like this in the 90's So basically, magic 8 ball + tacky jacket = match made in heaven. But no, it didn't have a meaning outside being fucking badass. This guy is just living the 90's dream.

Eh, I don't think Big Brother is that scripted. Rachel (and her now husband) were crazy cringey and annoying. In the Canadian version anyway (video is the American one), it's pretty obvious that they tailor certain competitions and "perks" so that specific players are either guaranteed or most likely to win them, but after watching 20+ combined seasons between Canada and America, I'm not convinced the banter and confrontations like this are.

Pretty sure the headline is trying to say that "she denies that she had sex with string of underage boys", not that "she denied sex to underage boys" (which is how I initially read it).

I think the time would be for the violation of taking pics of someone in a private locker room and putting them out. It literally is for that, and not because "she made fun of a fat pig", dipshit. One offense tally of attack of security clearly conveys a sentence of up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine.

I watched the show and if I remember correctly, they did have some token attractive "betas" on the show, but most of them were alpha's for sure. If anyone doesn't know, every contestant on this show was on either The Bachelor or The Bachelorette as either a contestant or the person they were competing to "win". Honestly, I actually enjoyed this show. It was so trashy, and I loved it.

But the social stigma against swearing is silly So is the social stigma towards provocative clothing or sexuality. The guy in the video is acting like she sat down, spread her legs, and starting fingering herself or something. And ultimately the whore ass was a much bigger issue to deal with, than the word "Whore ass" in this situation. I guess that's what I'm struggling to understand. How was an inch of her ass hanging out any worse than screaming obscenities at someone that is, in all honesty,…

I don't disagree, but on the other hand, "oh no, an inch of her ass is showing". I just find it a bit hypocritical to be berating someone for being socially inappropriate in front of children by being socially inappropriate in front of children.

She's obviously pretty trashy, but I find it kinda funny he's concerned about the children's wellbeing while yelling obscenities at the top of his lungs.

Who are these women, are they celebrities? The only 2 people I could understand people not knowing who they are is Holly Robinson Peete and Julie Chen. Peete's height of her career was in the 80's and 90's, and the only other popular show Chen has really done outside shit daytime TV, is Big Brother. I'm sure most people would quickly recognize Sharon Osbourne, Sarah Gilbert and Leah Remini though.

My guess is her decision to allow minors to drink and smoke pot, fuck one her daughters 18 year old friends in the bathroom, and then diddling herself in front of all of them sort of ruined her credibility.

but is sex with someone you are in a position of power over actually a crime? Yes. Almost all nations that have a <18 age of consent law have a stipulation that it does not apply to people "in a position of authority". I imagine that is largely in part to the fact that they can abuse their level of influence or persuasion due to being a more authoritative figure to the teenagers.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/05/16 07:19 PM
2

I'm sure it's more complicated than just the age of consent. I imagine there are a whole bunch of stipulations varying from state to state. I know here in Canada, age of consent is 16 across the board, but it's illegal for someone in a position of authority to be with anyone under 18. I also believe some places have age ranges, for example 2 years apart. So if the age of consent of 16, a 19 year old wouldn't be allowed to have sex with a 16 year old, but could with a 17 year old.
/r/PussyPassDenied17/05/16 02:55 PM
21

She said she's 17 but these guys hanging around with her are clearly older... To be fair, while everyone in this video is a shitbag, age of consent is 16 or 17 in most states.

Where's the PPD? The case isn't even closed yet, and no charges have been pressed (yet) because she signed an affidavit declining to press charges. Let's not jump the gun. You know OP did a good job sensationalizing the title when even TMZ didn't use "graphic" or "brutal" in theirs.

it seems that laugh tracks are starting to make their way out of television? I think all that's happened is we have a larger selection of shows from varying sources now. We don't need to rely on major networks (where laugh tracks are still very common) as a source of content anymore. If you're like my mom that just watches primetime TV shows like Mike & Molly and Big Bang Theory, you'd think laugh tracks are as popular as ever. If you branch out to smaller networks (FX, etc) and things like Netf…

http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2013/07/former_rta_bus_driver_sentence.html Hughes pleaded no contest to an assault charge April 2, and Montgomery found him guilty. The judge Tuesday also ordered Hughes to serve three years of probation. She originally sentenced him to 90 days in jail but suspended 87 days. Lane pleaded no contest June 4 to a charge of disorderly conduct, and the judge also entered a finding of guilty. Lane will be sentenced July 30.

I imagine her license just never got updated. Mine said the same weight for 15 years. Unless she's freakishly tall, those legs and hips in the "bent over" pic aren't those of a girl weighing 195lbs.

I'd wait until the "we hate reddit" honeymoon phase wears off (that makes up 50% of their content right now) before determining whether or not it's happening. While it seems like the same thing that happened with Digg/Reddit, the big difference imo is that Voat is copy/pasting reddit almost to a T, where reddit at least tried doing something a little different than Digg. People need something tangible to care, and I don't believe most people actually care about the absence of moderation that voa…

We both read the same article, but you're acting like India is so black and white, that it's totally cool for you to assume that this girl is certainly just a product of corruption towards women because that sometimes happens in India. If I'm being ignorant, you're sharing the pedestal with me.

Edit: Yeah, downvote me for contributing facts and knowledge to the conversation. That makes sense. Your facts and knowledge aren't contributing to the conversation because they are irrelevant to this specific case. It seems like you are actually saying that it's okay for women to make false rape claims, just because they have a tough time over there. Two wrongs don't make a right.

That boy will probably feel more guilt from the fact his teacher is now going to be in jail for 6-15 years then he will from having sex with her. I feel this kid is going to be negatively affected from the media frenzy, attention, and comments from friends, family and acquaintances, rather than the actual act. A TON of kids lose their virginity around that age, and they don't become mentally damaged, nor do I feel the age of the participant would really have a significant impact in those regards…

Yeah, I can't disagree that teenagers are certainly short sighted, and now that I think of it, pairing that with the typical "don't care" attitude of many teenagers is a recipe for disaster, despite my opinion that they probably do understand the consequences.

A 15 year old boy has no understanding of what he wants in respect to sex. I don't disagree with your overall point, but I think this is a pretty broad stroke to paint. 15 year old boys aren't mentally inept that can't understand the concept of sex, or right or wrong. Sex isn't a complicated concept at all, and there's really nothing more to what someone may want out of it other than lust or love, and I think a 15 year old is perfectly capable of differentiating between the two, and understandin…
