Do NOT talk to the police further alone. Get a lawyer immediately and do not be alone with the police with out your lawyer. The police WILL lie and try to scare you into a false confession. They will even go as far as to create fake documents and put them in front of you to make you talk. Don't let them do that. Do not believe anything they say and don't let them make you believe you have to come to the station for questioning. Lawyer.

I don't feel bad one bit for that lady. I lost everything I ever owned in life because of being a man in a divorce. She should feel lucky she doesn't have child support on top of alimony. At least she has a house to mortgage and stuff to liquidate. Most guys lose houses, car's and half their stuff, end up living in a small 1bedroom apt and eat pork and beans every day with no hope to build a better future.

See, i had a very similar experience. Was a stay at home dad by agreement. Wife filed for divorce in a county very friendly to women. Judge said i was a deadbeat for not letting my ex stay at home although she made more money and it was her idea to have a parent at home rather than a strange daycare worker. I had no job at the hearing. Judge ordered me to pay 800$ in 24 hours or go to jail. Imo, these judges are mostly elected and lobbied by womens groups. Have dick? Eat a dick. Ill never marry …

First off- Any divorce with children forces a side. People can argue all they want, but someone is always is the protagonist in the situtation. This forces loyalty with children. If you see something that doesn't make sense, it probably doesn't. Men when it comes to divorce, usually have no ground to stand on and not nearly as many options. I couldn't even watch more than a few seconds. That is horrible. 18 months is not long enough for beating your child because you're frustrated. As a child abused by his mother, much in the same fashion including the pinching to inflict pain, I'd like to see this woman hanged.
