This.^ I'm a man, and I took advantage of the local free clinic when I didn't have insurance. They would give me exams, write prescriptions, etc. Now I have insurance, and I pay taxes to help support these types of clinics for the uninsured. I'm sure OP can figure something out. If we knew where he lived, I could locate a free clinic for him in fifteen minutes. This is not a legitimate male issue. This is a biased poster, and the masses are upvoting it.

Being 25 is a big part of it. Rates automatically drop for males at 25, assuming you don't have any accidents. I'm 22, I drive a 2002 Saturn, and I pay an $800.00 premium for the one vehicle (in Minnesota).

Guys, she's right on this one. In college, all of my buddies and I got complete STD checks at Planned Parenthood. Most of us didn't have insurance, and the cost was based on income. I think the most any one person paid was like $20.00 for hundreds of dollars of testing. Just because females use those services more doesn't mean the public funding for PP is allocated for women only. Also, pregnancy is really expensive. That's a very logical way to approach it, and I agree with you. I just don't think that it's the most effective argument we could make. Anything that can possibly resemble "victim blaming" probably builds more resentment for Mens' Rights Activists than it helps. I would guess that many people could interpret your comment as "victim blaming," regardless of the thought process behind those statements.

The other grey area rapes can all be substantially prevented by cautious women. Don't invite dates you don't want to have sex with up for coffee. I just subscribed to this subreddit a few days ago because I was linked here from another thread. I scrolled through /r/MensRights and came across a lot of self.posts like this that I agreed with. There are definitely some fucked up social stigmas when it comes to being a guy.
