It’s how you carry yourself physically and mentally. Your composure. I once saw it described as: “It's keeping the mindset of : This is how I think, this is how I behave, these are the principles I live my life by” You either live in your frame, or the frame of the people around you. You should strive to live in yours.

Yea, that’s some of the idea. Something that really gets lost these days is instilling confidence in young boys. And not that overwrought, cocky junk. But that peace that comes from being comfortable in your surroundings. I’m coming at this from a very different perspective. I’m married, got two kids - but still have been able to apply the best parts of the ideas. The best thing you’ll take from this is learning about your frame and how to maintain it. It extends far beyond just talking to girls…

Some of the stuff here comes across really strange at first, but worse is that some men here have a terrible understanding of what this is supposed to be about. That’s easy to see with some of the posts in the sub. You shouldn’t be treating women poorly, you should be treating yourself well. That’s the real message. Once you have a positive self image - not just your looks, but when you become a strong, confident man - things in your life will start falling into place.

I mean, the story doesn’t get into any of that. This particular story is more an indictment of police process in this particular case than anything else.

The title is super misleading. She was actually raped, and didn’t know who it was at first. She then later stated that she had a dream where she remembered who raped her. Dude stated he was innocent from the beginning, police fucked up the case and incriminated him. A very sad story, but not anywhere as demented as the shitty title makes it seem.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
