| 2 | Fatal shootout during traffic stop despite numerous attempts by the officer to deescalate the situation. We’re all too preoccupied with being sensationalist and inflammatory to get attention, good or bad, than fostering any kind of real change. Why put in any effort when we can all sit around virtue signaling to the whole world and never have to get off the couch? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 24/03/21 02:20 AM |
| 2 | Fatal shootout during traffic stop despite numerous attempts by the officer to deescalate the situation.Dispatchers can be trained to make an educated guess on who would be best equipped to handle a situation. No reason it needs to be an either/or decision. Maybe it’s a combination of people, every situation is different. They deal with crime, regulate traffic, provide security for events, act as defacto social service workers dealing with alcoholics/addicts/mentality ill, and a whole host of other shit. The point being that 90% of what they respond to on a regular bas… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 24/03/21 12:25 AM |
