| 2 | I am really scared of cold approaching womenI've struggled with approach too but the anxiety isn't always rooted in fear of rejection. For me it manifests mostly from embarrassment/shame expressing those feelings and desires in front of other people. Not just the girl, often it's being anxious over anyone else around in a public place that could hear or observe the interaction when I approach a girl I'm attracted to.
