I know when I was your age I started running track and all of us track kids had abs and were so strong compared to our peers. 1	How to cut off toxic friends with minimal backlash? Look them in the eyes and tell them that you're trying to build an empire and that you need people who will help you do that also tell them if they don't get it together you have to cut ties. This will either get them to do better or open the door for you to leave.
