The wrist has healed that well that I have completely forgotten to even mention it! It's super strong. When I first stared out at the gym trying to do a 40kg bench press was pure agony. Now I am doing 5x10 of 80kg bench. Overhead press was torture as well but now am doing 5x8 52.5kg. Eating well and not over doing it at the gym early on has really done wonders and I myself can't believe how well it has healed. It feels like it was never broken!
