Yes, I volunteered for a NGO for an year. Led a team of 5 people to ask for donations from students in my college. Had a huge confidence boost. Then next year got elected for position of secretary. Same year, led a team of 4, to organise people ~ 50 for participation under various competition for general technology championship. All this helped me develop faith in myself that I can take on responsibility and deliver results.
