I think you should be more clear with her about where she stands. She's a plate to you, not a gf. Make sure she knows that she will never be more than that. We don't know the full extent of your relationship, so you could be acting in a cruel manner to her.

Bro if I could, I'd move somewhere cheap as fuck like Colorado, but it feels so wrong to leave my parents behind without anything to show for me. They already see me as a failure, if I just bounce like that, I don't think I could ever redeem myself in their eyes. I just want to live away from them and everybody else treating me negatively. I also want to make enough money so I can buy my own freedom from my family and be free to do what I want for once.

I do not care what college I graduate from. My brother spread a lot of rumors about me, so I don't have friends there, but I'm just trying to get my degree and bounce. I'll probably still go to city college. But you're absolutely on point about the money, but is 5-10 grand even enough? That's like 5 months rent in NYC with 2 other roommates.
