Yea....I've known about this place for years and was so blue pilled it was all bullshit....im just fucking done being ignorant to this stuff. I was keto for 5 years and followed the StrongLifts 5x5 program, at my peak I was able to squat north of 300 for 5 sets of 5. It is 100% sustainable if you’re not a moron

I try not to, they dont realize that theyre as bad as they are and i know they dont know much better, ive always been the black sheep of the family and theyve never made any effort to hide that I have considered moving, but with covid its complicating things financially for the time being, all will pass and things will improve soon, i just shot you a message, thanks!

I have gotten back to keto/ketovore and working out, I used to be in fairly good shape from doing the Stronglifts5x5 program before the little illusion i had built for myself collapsed and got to where im at now...onwards and upwards, I'll definitely check those books out, thanks!

I got a job in the field I love with no degree, but at a good amount lower salary then my co-workers....I've been to conferences where VPs of other companies were impressed with what I could do, and offered me more then double my current salary when I get my degree....yea sometimes that stupid piece of paper is worth it. Needless to say I'm working my ass off to get that piece of paper

What i would have done is tell her ill buy her a ticket when she said she was gonna be late to the movies, then when she got there and she asked if i had her ticket just casually say "sure, got my money" or something along those lines. Waiting till the date was pretty much over was not a brilliant move, but at least you were smart enough to see you were being taken for a ride (Apologies for the wall of text, im on mobile)

I'm saving this to read on the computer. Honestly you learn more from failing in a grand manor like you have than you'll EVER learn on a subreddit, as long as you learned from this experience then it is only a good thing. And I think the noobs out there reading can connect better with this, rather then reading "alpha as fuck" threads all the time
