1	Telling like it is. Women in the Infantry? I dont think so. No. That would defeat the purpose, and render any faith in being led by a female MCpl or Sgt moot. 3	Telling like it is. Women in the Infantry? I dont think so. In Canada, the process is called a "Component Transfer." One earns their qualifications for rank within their trade- thus an Infantry Corporal who wishes to retrain as a medic must drop rank to private, or, in this very real life example, a Sergeant from a communications regiment who wishes to "Re-badge" as it's known colloquially, must revert in rank. I joined only a few years after they began allowing women into the combat arms (Infantry, Armour, Artillery). The aggregate opinion of a lot of guys was much like that of those fellows in the video.
