Some excellent points about taking extreme ownership. “It’s not your fault, but it’s still your responsibility.” However. there’s some hard blue pill swallowing near the end of the book where he praises the glory of doubling down in a LTR, and of finding a unicorn to commit to. It’s an international success, but overall I give it a meh for our purposes. Read his other book, Models, which is basically the same thing, but not intended for the general population/make him a millionaire.

You sound like you lack a shitload of discipline. I know plenty of guys that eat chicken/steak/broccoli/brown rice/sweet potatoes for every meal, and absolutely slay socially. Do whatever you want to do, but don't make your excuses be taken as gospel.

With tren, you could sit on the couch eating KFC all day, and still end up jacked as fuck.

You’ll have array been smashed by the MRP meteor but here is my 2c: MRP will fix you. MRP may or may not fix your relationship. You need to lift heavy, and get strong. You need to gain some muscle mass. You need to fix that $100k debt. You need to initiate on your wife. You need to go lift weights when she rejects you. You need to get male friends. You need to hang out with these male friends. You need to learn to say no to your wife. You need to accept that your marriage is probably over.

I haven’t looked at the pic, but if you really are 26% (I can’t imagine you are, considering your above OYS), then you’re fat as fuck. Getting that to at least 15% needs to be your first through tenth priority. Otherwise, you’re killing it.

I'm following you. We're very similar. Similar age, not married, no kids. Nice Guys disgusted with how we've acted the last 10-15 years.

You have no fucking idea what you’re talking about, and it’s immediately obvious you don’t lift heavy with the big three. What’s stopping you from falling forward with 150kg on your back or 250kg in your hands? Hint: it’s not just your posterior chain. Don’t spout stupid shit.

Any article not mentioning deadlifts and squats as the kings of abdominal development is a piece of shit.

“This too shall pass.” Important to keep in mind when in a LTR. She may be happy and lovely right now, but it will change. Maybe tomorrow. Important to keep in mind when in a LTR. She may be a harpy menace right now, but it will change. Maybe tomorrow. Keep hammering on.

This reads like a teenage girl's diary. You wife gives not one single fuck about your feelings. Don't victim puke for an hour to your friend - have some respect for him and get a fucking therapist. You need to STFU, read the sidebar, and stop thinking you're above the process. You deadlift 100kg. Come back when that's 200kg, and then maybe we'll listen.

Your wife is 100% cheating on you. The non-monogamy talk is her trying to rope you into something that reduces her guilt. At this point, The Go Plan Is The Go Plan. Hard divorce.

First, you learn to proofread your post titles, and correct any errors. C’mon, you’re asking for help - put in the effort for us. Second, there’s no quick fix to your shitty frame. Read the sidebar, lift weights, and come back in three months.

Fuck, so much sperg overanalysis in here. Take the gist of it: go to the gym, eat well, and get into shape. You'll be more desirable. In other news, water is wet.

Having dated women over thirty years of age, I can summarise the problem in a sentence: they are almost certainly alpha widows. No matter how much of a boss you are, if they have some fantastic vision in their head of what they "once had," that their hamster has been meticulously tweaking over years and years of less than ideal follow up relationships, you will always seem to her as second best. Regardless of your SMV, she will believe she settled for you. This is a bad situation to be in, and b…

You are using red pill strategy in an attempt to achieve blue pill goals. There are no unicorns. Men much older and wiser than you have each run this gauntlet and come to the same conclusion. Please, read the sidebar at length. It sounds like you need to start at the beginning with Rollo's work.

Looking at your numbers, you’re a total beginner. Literally anything you do will make you stronger. However, without a doubt your program is very inefficient if you are able to lift seven days a week. Even professional lifters on a ton of performance enhancing drugs have days off. Where the fuck are your deadlifts and squats? Listen to constructive criticism. SMH.

Your last sentence is a covert contract. You have much to learn. If you are actually dropping body fat and gaining muscle, she’s into it - regardless of what words she actually says.

She sounds painful, to be honest... and you are very much her bitch. Read the sidebar, and don't go rambo. Are you lifting?

Lifting isn’t a hobby. It’s everyday regular stuff that’s non-negotiable, like eating and taking a shit.

Tbh, your friends probably know you’re the type to ditch them for a lay, and think you’re a bit of a sperg for doing so. Don’t be that guy.

I get the “your body is ridiculous” comment whenever a woman first sees me naked. Lift.

Realise that not one person on this planet cares for this woman more than you. Literally no one. To you, she's the universe. To everyone else, she's just some person. Get some perspective. Lift. Spread out your program so that you can lift 5-6 days a week (e.g. dedicate a day just for chinups/pullups). This goes against what I'd normally recommended for a lifting program, but for those that are poisoned by the onesies, it's good to be active with the iron as often as possible. Get a fucking hobb…

OYS 1 I've been a single man since the weekend, when my LTR of two years dumped me. Though I'm not in a relationship, I feel at home at MRP, and want to contribute. I have a lot of work to do on myself. Background 30 year old male in the UK. 175lbs at 10% bodyfat. Currently between jobs but starting a new contract in a month that includes a $50K pay raise, but I'll probably be working 60-70 hours per week. Grew up an overweight, introverted, mostly friendless kid. Angry, sad, and lost. Highly su…

Firstly, mega props for actually lifting weights. Secondly, once you have access to a rack/proper setup/gym, get yourself on an intelligent program. For instance, 4x10 deadlift is much, much better than nothing, but it's starting to look a lot like cardio. Have a google for Starting Strength or 5x5 - they are excellent programs for beginners that focus on building real strength/muscle in a safe and progressive manner. I guarantee you'll be optimising your time/effort on those programs.

Just one comment from someone with loads of lifting experience. Don't do a 1RM for barbell rows - have heard numerous stories of people doing actual harm to themselves doing it. I probably wouldn't go lower than a 5RM, though a 3RM would likely be okay.

This whole post is bonkers.
/r/MarriedRedPill28/11/17 05:02 AM

I highly doubt a cold shower was making you sick, unless you are generally very frail and sickly to begin with. It's just uncomfortable as fuck, and that's good. Nice post OP.
/r/TheRedPill02/07/17 05:13 AM

I'm not going to DEER to you - the powerlifting/bodybuilding community has rejected your type of advice for years. To the OP, lift heavy M/W/F, and rest and eat up just as hard on your days off. Check out a simple 5x5 routine, follow if to a T, and enjoy your gains.

You are tiny. Eat like a motherfucker, then pick up heavy weights. Cutting should be removed from your vocabulary at this time.
/r/TheRedPill30/06/17 11:42 AM

Shit advice - 6 days a week, 2+ hours per day is a recipe for overtraining (and even a loss in gains), if you are doing the big lifts. It works for those that are they genetic elite (no one on this sub), or are using anabolic steroids (probaboly some on this sub). Train 3x a week, no more than an hour in the gym, aiming to add weight each week to the deadlift, squat, bench, overhead press, and rows. It's not rocket science.

This post is a long time coming. A little bit about me: 31 years old. Shitty teenager years with zero female attention. Learnt about pickup in my early twenties and went it with full force, and had some tremendous success. Three LTRs, 50+ ONS, started to work for one of the bigger companies. Thought I had alpha on lockdown, but it was only a fascade, as my entire life revolved around receiving validation from women. When I had validation, I was unstoppable. When I didn't receive it, I was depres…

Wins: Four hours of BJJ Gym twice (420lb deadlift) Finished "The Obstacle is the Way" by Ryan Holiday Successfully STFU when things didn't go my way Charmed a close female friend of (and in front of) my LTR that I had never met before Made some real progress at work Losses: Massive loss of frame and argument with LTR that kept me butt-hurt well through to the next day (I still have no idea why I reacted so badly to her normal level of poke-the-bear).

Nothing will cultivate an IDGAF attitude in your life the same way as having a grown ass dude trying to choke you to death three times a week. BJJ = good.
