I don't think the dogma is intrinsic to the theory but I agree it's very broad basically by nature and lends itself to manipulation. You could argue that historically women were oppressed, but the oppression narrative is part of what pushes these people to the fringes they are at. boo hoo Another point they might appreciate is that women, as the choosier sex, have essentially bred us into the best that we can be. If human women were not as selective as they are, then the gene pool would not feel the upward pressure that produces better, healthier, smarter people. 1	Grew up in a RedPill household, am beginning to realize this may be why I can't hold a relationship The Red Pill is a regeneration/exaggeration of reactionary/conservative ideals so it may be better to think of it in terms of that and an abusive family dynamic than simply Red Pill.
