Do the intermediate routine from this article. Also read up on reverse pyramid training. http://www.thinkeatlift.com/best-training-split/ I tried PPL but imo it's too much time spent in the gym. Not very efficient I'd say

Stay away from drunk girls. Not worth it anyway. Otherwise save text messages, pictures, have witnesses that saw her leaving and know how much she had -- just save as much data as possible, preferably in the cloud.

This is what i do additionally to 5x5: triceps curls (aka french press) biceps curls shoulder shrugs lateral raises crunches (cable crunches if possible, i do russian twists with additional weight since i train at home).

You're right. I am german as well and i can't believe what is happening in my country. But i am not very optimistic. I think we'll have civil unrest or maybe even civil war when our welfare system and your export driven economy collapses. According to experts, up to 5 mio jobs will go away due to automation/rationalization/streamlining/globalization in Germany. That means: rise in unemployment. At the same time we're importing uncivilized, uneducated migrants and most of them will be living off …

Honestly, i think it's pretty good. Making yourself feel good by being the best at something is great. Everyone likes attention from the right people (in your case: pretty girls). So not only are you doing something for yourself (learning and improving), but you also reap the benefits. Don't see anything wrong with this. As for the long run: well, if you can translate this motivation to your career, i'd say you will be fine.

"Cut your carb intake to 100g" That's per day, right? And it seems high compared to (for example) Atkins which at it's most severe restricts carbs to > 20/day. Another question: Why cut before bulk? If fat, can't it be > worthwhile to bulk then cut? Is there nothing to the idea of muscle mass helping one to burn more calories? Yes, 100g per day. And it is not much, still low carb.
