Bro, Trump can appoint FEDERAL judges. Murder trials would be overseen by STATE judges. These would be appointed by governors or, most likely, elected by their constituents. It’s not fucking Trump or Obama’s fault because this wouldn’t have taken place at the FEDERAL level, it would be the STATE level. At least understand the fundamental basics of how a system works before you start free falling into panic.

Yeah I’m a little confused as to how the cops got involved in the first place. There’s typically not police officers just riding around on trains, at least in my experience there’s not. But I agree the police maybe could have removed her from the train at most and let her go. Arresting her is a bit far.
