At least they let him have 10 minutes to get his things. Police can't assist someone in breaking a restraining order around here. Unless that was written into the restraining order, they did just that.

Where I am, you call the support agency and they send a letter to your employer to garnish wages. Might take a month to start. If you overpay, I would expect to get reimbursed from the agency.

Charges have already been dropped. http://www.minnesota93.com/2016/03/03/charges-dropped-against-local-man-for-newborn-drug-exposure/ But it hurt to just think about the mental gymnastics to bring charges to begin with.

I went Air Force as aircraft armament. I couldn't get a job at an airline as a baggage loader when I got out.

That is why I think this is complete BS. The protective order goes both ways. If this were true, she would be in as much trouble as he says he is in with all of the evidence that he has. A good lawyer doesn't cost more than $2,500 for this. The whole story stinks.

My daughter was taken from me at 10 months and it took 5 more months before I could see her again. I agree with everything you said. I get my daughter 4 days a month and the rest doesn't even matter any more.

I'm on the fence here. It is hard to be a "kick ass dad" if you only get to spend every other weekend with them.

Of course I am being judgmental. How is that any different than the average woman?

No chance. If women were not so judgmental, the game might be different. But they are the ones with the leaking hole between their legs, so they get to call the shots. I'm done looking. I'm concentrating on my daughter and retirement. Fuck the rest of them.

They aren't either. The only thing they see are dollar signs. They spread their legs, pop out a kid, and then expect a paycheck for the next 18 years.

There is no such thing as "innocent girls." Just more blood sucking hounds at the ready.

Jealous? Not at all. It is a proven fact that single women don't like "Nice Guys." So I am reading everything on this sub to game the system. To screw as many women over as possible. That is why I am here.

12 days to form a habit? That has to be the lowest number I have ever seen. Prior to reading this it was 28 days to six weeks.

I'm not sure what the poverty level has anything to do with anything. It has everything to do with the custodial parent living in a nice house driving a nice car while the non-custodial parent gets to live in a one bedroom apartment. The non-custodial parent doesn't get to be a parent at all. I don't consider 4 days a month (every other weekend) a parent, myself included. The cost of raising a child is easy to calculate. Food, daycare, clothes, diapers, etc, it wouldn't be hard to come up with a…

I'm about to find out. Actually, in my state, the mom cannot retroactively seek compensation since she never asked for it to begin with. She can only ask for things from the time the case was filed. I'm the one that hired a lawyer to pay child support so that I could get my rights as a father back. I found out men don't have any rights to their children until a court says they do. I'm paying my 17% as required by the state. She is now asking for more for child care. The hearing is this week. It …

I had the head in the deerlight look the first few times in front of the robe. It gets less intimidating over time. FWIW, I had a 20 week anger management class to go through. Same BS with the same outdated material. A waste of time but you can't tell them that it is while you are there or you will be sent back to see the guy in the robe.
