i think nowadays when people say “people of color” for some reason they’re just afraid of being offensive by saying “black” don’t ask me why, i don’t understand either

Usually when it comes to ceremony, especially in the military, people get pissed off when others are disrespectful. Same thing applies to the tomb of the unknown in the US

if someone rigs their house with booby traps they shouldn’t expect people to come running in to save them when it gets lit on fire

A girl in middle school would hit me on the head every time she walked into math class. I didn’t know why, I didn’t even know her, but back then I was way too shy to do anything about it. Nobody cared that she did it.

As a poor white kid applying to college, there’s pretty much no way I don’t go into crippling student debt in four years. Like 2/3 of scholarships explicitly say that whites and/or males are not allowed to get the scholarship. Especially since I want to go into a STEM field, all the STEM scholarships are a ton of money for “female empowerment” programs, men need not apply. Legitimately makes my life so much harder.

The problem is so many women’s rights activists and men’s rights activists deny that the other side is often justified in what they say, making both appear equally radical. My advice would be that you shouldn’t let either side persuade you entirely about anything, always be willing to seriously consider the other side.

I mean, many aren’t I think the trend began with the two feminist parties that supported the initial ERA movement. One wanted complete gender equality, the other wanted to retain the female benefits while gaining the male benefits of jobs. I think this split is reflected in the modern sense. I firmly believe that true feminists and r/MensRights are allies by concept, but a new term needs to be coined because “feminism” has been tainted with the cancer of a privileged generation that faces no tru…

This argument is much more what men’s rights is about, the original comment is such a feminist outlook on men’s rights: toxic masculinity and men all secretly want to be emotional as fuck.

Did you ever consider that maybe most men simply don’t want to act feminine or express emotions. It’s just basic male psychology. If you want to act feminine then go ahead, nobody is stopping you except yourself, but don’t go around acting like most men are secretly feminine.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
