Remove the transition aspect and ask yourself a different question. Is this person still adding value to my life? If the answer is no cut and leave as you would with anyone. If the answer is yes, stay friends and you've got a bro who wears makeup. Politics and wokeness aside, that's all I'd be asking myself.
