As a Christian for many years, but now an atheist, and my Christian wife now wants a divorce, amicably, this is total BS advice. How long would you last in your job if you told your boss, “ I work in mysterious ways”, or worse if your boss says d that to you. And, while there is some wonderful stuff in the Bible, most of it is shot, and most of it is just made up shit. Secular Buddhism has been much more helpful and seeing a counselor regularly along with daily meditation. “Mysterious ways” - wh…

I hear you. Seven months in myself. I have found that it helps to exercise once or twice a day. Hard. But not long sometimes. I talk with a counselor at least weekly. And, I’ve really got into Secular Buddhism has been extremely helpful. I’ve read “Taking the Leap” by Pema Chodron three times. A personal inventory daily. And despite this some days or parts of days are awful. But I’m starting to believe that I’ve got this I think. But I know it may be a couple years of mourning before I really go…
