1	Life in a relationship Vs. life after MGTOW. The results are in!!! I've lost about 23KG (50 lbs) over 18 months through a combination of keto and exercise, didn't use IF though. Dropped the first 9KG or so in the first two weeks just with the keto, so diet is definitely a big factor. I'm working out regularly and definitely seeing (and feeling) the difference. 2	Hitting the wall at 200 mph. (What 2 years can do) I've lost 50 pounds over about 18 months by drastically reducing my carb intake. You're right about appetite, I'm far less hungry now, despite eating much smaller portions.
