Again it's an assumption that this guy didn't call police or didn't try to do something beforehand before taking matters into his own hands. By default he will most likely be arrested for assault, but he'll have to go through a trial to hopefully find the truth behind what's going on.

All depends on circumstances and what the evidence shows. We only see a snip as to what happened. We don't see what happens beforehand nor after. Honestly, it does seem excessive but I don't know the real story behind it, it's all an assumption at this moment.

I think another good argument is the song ME! By Taylor Swift ft. Brendon Urie from Panic! At The Disco. How much revenue did that earn them? Guarantee Taylor made at least twice as much as Brendon did, but no one has ever said that it was unfair. According to the wiki page, Swift, Joel Little, and Urie wrote the song.

I wouldn't necessarily say fair. I don't believe that he should've been charged with the assault. He was attacked first then right away attacked again by another individual.

According to an article posted by u/SnowflakesCanFuckOff she got a felony charge for using her shoe to attack him. He was charged with assault. No apologies stated on either side in the article

So you are reactng without understanding the whole story? That's just like saying someone is guilty of murder for a self-defense case

The officer was detaining her. She fought back. His actions for putting her on the ground we're justified since she fought back. Her left arm was free so she could've braced for the impact. Also if you're being forced to the ground most people are able to move their head enough to not have their nose hit first.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
