Yeah the article mentioned that could be why. Who knows what the reason is, but in good weather I'm happier and feel more confident. In bad weather, I find it easier to to connect with people by complaining about the weather, but that doesn't mean you'll attract a girl.

Yeah, I mean, dancing with girls is awkward as fuck. Sometimes I hate it, and I have to be in the right mindset. I usually find a little bit of alcohol goes a long way. You want to hit that mindset of 'I don't give a fuck, I'm going to have fun and see what happens'. Soon as you accomplish that, you'll be covered in girls. This has been asked before. You basically try to have the most fun and attract girls to you. Big smile, confident eyes, look like you're the most confident guy there. In terms of training yourself to do this, go to places that advocate the craziest dancing...i.e. metal shows or dubstep rave shows. If you can survive those, learn from rave shows, and build confidence, then dancing with girls is a cakewalk.

Ive been caught twice by cops. Its pretty hilarious and awkward, but never that bad. They ask for ID, make sure its consensual, and may check for drugs. Dont park in public parks that close after night. Commericial places are probably better, it might mean that a random person sees you, but its cops that do the copblocking.

Show interest, a conversation needs to start first. Complain about something, ask for the time, ask for directions; if a guy is excited to talk to you, he's probably single. Bar and cafe settings aren't always the best spot. Public transportation is great, libraries or bookstores, any time you're waiting around killing time is a great opportunity.
