As a mostly written publication, I’d imagine the margins for GQ are tight and these lists of “men” is a way to expand the potential readership. Appears the erasing of men, or blurring of gender, is good for GQ. Can you think of anyone who actually subscribes? Maybe the local doctors office. 84	Lack of masculinity is the problem with todays society In my own experience I’ve had some very poor examples of “men” in my life. Alcoholism, abuse, neglect, etc. and so I’ve had to figure out a lot on my own. I’ve done really well in life considering but certainly have more regrets, some that haunt to this day. No excuses though, I made those choices and have to live with them but wish I had that positive influence in my life so I wasn’t so stupid (at least reduce the odds). 7	In my opinion, this is a terrible opinion. Probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. During my divorce (she was an alcoholic and cheater) my ex said so much shit that in most cases, if she were a man, would warrant an ass whoopin’. Did I hit here? Nope...she was the one that showed up to my apartment drunk and attacked me and keyed my car.
