I have been tracking as well. Im not fat but not lean. Have the skinny fat guy syndrome. I lost 10lbs in 3 weeks. Going from 194 lbs to 184 lbs. I have cut out the sugar. Keep in mind I am currently hurt and going to physical therapy. I have not been able to work out. Goes to show you that diet is the key. I looked at the tdee. If i put up the lowest lifestyle it comes out to 2396 calories a day. I do have a semi desk job. I do a lot of walking. I have a fitbit that measure my steps ,miles etc. I do an avg of 15k to 20k steps a day just at work alone. On average that equals 7 miles a day. I also do my boxing 3 or 4 days a week. If i plug in a semi active lifestyle my tdee is around 2700 calories..so i would need to intake 2200 a day. Am i correct?
