I mentioned early in the relationship my reasons for not wanting to marry, although I stated commitment was totally fine. She thought I would change it seems. 42	Was told that men suffer less than women financially after divorce. Thoughts? My LTR just ended because I refused to get married. I told the gf it wasn’t personal but I’ve seen most of the men I know get divorced and ruined financially. I told her she has my commitment but I’m not interested in entering into a legal agreement to be on a relationship. She said that she cooked and cleaned for me (she was jobless) and that she deserves a stake in my assets because she assisted me in earning them.
