1	Tips for days where you don't get enough sleep? Get up, go for a run, it doesn't need to be a huge, just get your heart rate up. Shower. Coffee. I skip breakfast but if that's not for you, don't deviate. Just don't eat anything with a lot of sugar (i.e., sugary cereals or fruits). Otherwise you'll crash just as the coffee is wearing off. If I really need to be sharp and focused that day, I'll take a 100mg of Modafinil. I'll skip morning coffee if I do that however to avoid feeling over stimulated.
