0	Gold Digging Denied Yeah, the number of people thinking this is super smart. It’s likely super illegal. In the UK at least he would have to pay income tax regardless and then his mum would have to pay even more tax as this would exceed any gift threshold. If it’s some business setup where she is providing services and he’s paying her huge fees, she’d owe income tax or corporation tax.
